A Delicious and Nutritious Turmeric Latte Recipe to Brighten Your Day

Looking for a wellness advantage? Read along.

Indulging in a warm, comforting beverage is often a cherished ritual that can bring solace and nourishment to our daily routine. Enter the turmeric latte, a delightful concoction that combines the soothing qualities of a latte with the powerful health benefits of turmeric.

Drink a cup of this warm golden milk to boost your immunity and your mood!

What you need:

  • 1/2 tablespoon of ground turmeric

  • 1 cup of milk (substitute with almond milk, if you like)

  • 1/2 tablespoon of ghee (clarified butter)

  • Pinch of salt

Warm the milk. Add the turmeric and salt, stir it well. Add ghee and turn off the heat.

Serve warm.

Ghee is optional, but if you are nursing a sore throat, I would recommend it. Assess the proportion of turmeric - Too much, and your drink becomes bitter. Put less initially and then adjust. Turmeric has great antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and it so great for you.
