Myanmar-influenced vegetable and noodles in coconut curry

Updated: Jun 4, 2021

A lady I knew a long time ago from Michigan taught me how to cook this Burmese item.

What you need:

  • Half a box of dry spaghetti

  • 1 can of coconut milk

  • Bag of frozen veggies

  • 1 potato

  • Spices: Salt, pepper, turmeric, onion-powder, garlic powder, cumin and garam masala

  • Tablespoon of tomato paste

How to make it:

In a separate utensil, cook spaghetti per the directions on the box.

Pour the coconut milk in a container, start to warm it up and add the cooked spaghetti to it.

In another pan, cook your vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, turmeric, onion-powder, garlic powder, cumin and garam masala. Add a tablespoon of tomato paste.

Mix the ingredients of the two pans together and serve hot. My family loves this item!
