Simple Omelette wrapped in garlicky tomatoes and asparagus grilled in red pepper oil

There are so many ways to treat your eggs right! This one is pleasing on the eyes and also on your palette.

This simple omlette is exactly as the title description above. I used garlic oil and red pepper oil to sauté the asparagus and tomatoes instead of seasoning and sometimes, that's a fun change.

I used two eggs for the omelette but if you are looking to make it thinner, use one egg to make the blanket. The simplest food is the best!
