Restaurant table

Love & Salt, Manhattan Beach

Go for the cocktails, stay for the food. Definitely try the Freekehlicious salad and pizzas and request a vegetarian pasta. Yum!

Esperanza, Manhattan Beach or Palmilla, Hermosa Beach (same menu, same owners)

Yes, they do brunch but this place comes alive at night! Music, happy people, great cocktails and a separate vegan menu. All you need :)

Joey's, Manhattan Village Mall

This is a Canadian chain with a great atmosphere! Be welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne, order their guacamole and Korean cauliflower and try their Bollywood butter tofu. And then, there is always pasta.

Slay Italian Kitchen, Manhattan Beach

OMG, their pizza base is out of this world. Many antipasti and salad options for vegetarians, good pastas too. Their menu has items harvested from the Slay Estate and Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills in Santa Barbara. Ask for the focaccia of the day!

True Food Kitchen, El Segundo

Clean, fresh and healthy seasonally rotating menu. Don't miss their edamame dumplings, chopped salad with dates, manchego and farro, Kimchi friend rice bowl and margarita pizzas. Honestly, it's hard to choose as everything is so good.

Jame, El Segundo

Great salads, appetizers and hand rolled pasta. Go for the 36-hour Roma / San Marzano tomato sauce. Order the wine.

Petros, Manhattan Beach

Interesting flavors, try their flat breads, vegetarian farm platter and a cup of their soup!

Tin Roof Bistro, Manhattan Beach

American fare casual spot with vegetarian salad and soup options, pastas and pizzas.
